I. Activity theme

       The high temperature season is an accident prone period, high incidence period, all departments should be combined with their own actual conditions, according to local conditions to carry out various forms, rich content of "cool" activities。Mainly to carry out the work of each project construction site, supervision site and to carry out the survey of pollution sources of each project team visited sympathy，To provide effective help for the first line of high temperature work staff safe summer，同时，It is necessary to intensify the publicity, education and implementation of health and safety knowledge，We will effectively protect the life and health rights of employees。

3. Forms of activities

(1) Conducting condolence visits。The leaders of each department will lead a team to visit the outdoor work site to understand the needs of employees to prevent heat and cool down, and issue heat-prevention and cooling supplies to send cool and healthy production workers。

(2) Conducting supervision and inspection。In carrying out the "send cool" activity, all departments should go deep into key places such as high-temperature operations and open-air construction, carry out labor protection supervision and inspection, timely discover hidden dangers and urge rectification, and solve outstanding problems affecting employees in production operations and living environment。Urge each project department to arrange working hours reasonably, appropriately reduce operation during high temperature hours and reduce labor intensity;Actively improve working conditions and working environment。

4. Specific requirements

       All departments should attach great importance to summer labor protection work, take heat prevention and cooling as the key task of current work, effectively strengthen organizational leadership, arrange deployment in advance, and take effective measures to promote the implementation of heat prevention and cooling work to the front line and the implementation of workers。

       In the "send cool" activity, all departments go deep into the grassroots, do not engage in formalism, do not interfere with the normal work of various projects, through solid and effective activities, to maximize the protection of the health rights and interests of the majority of employees。
